This lecture
is for all instrumentalists, singers and
ensembles. The aim is to give the participants the tools to express
themselves through realising their creative power by increasing their body
awareness.

In the workshop
the students will learn how to use the different techniques and ideas from
the lecture by actively performing and learning how to liberate the body from
any unwanted tension.
